I.                     What is Adrenal Fatigue?
A reduction in adrenal function which can affect every organ and system in the body from changes in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance, cardiovascular system and sex drive with the paramount symptom being fatigue.
 
II.                     What are the symptoms?
An energy pattern of fatigue in the morning and mid-afternoon; salt cravings, increased blood sugar under stress, mild depression, increased allergies, decreased ability to handle stress, absent mindedness, decreased sex drive.
